This provides jobseeker a convenient way of advertising their skill & availability information to recruiters. Various user-selectable features can be enabled (at anytime) to withhold personal information, such as name & contact information, from being displayed. The Skills Profile feature should only be used by jobseekers that wish to make their Skills Profile contents available to recruiters.
